By downloading, installing, or using Enchiridion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Subscriptions
- Premium Subscription: Enchiridion offers a premium subscription at $99.99/year.
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
- Scrape or extract content from the App
- Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience
Intellectual Property
All content in Enchiridion, including quiz questions, explanations, artwork, and the App itself, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENCHIRIDION, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enchiridion, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
